CIMS uses a comprehensive property management system that allows seamless information sharing with our Renters. It is completely self-contained with a powerful property management database, integrated accounting, operations, marketing solutions and much more.
CIMS can provide each Renter with access to this Renter Portal to view important property information in a convenient and secure location on a 24/7 basis. * Prospective Renters can apply online, complete leases, make payments, submit service requests and conduct business with CIMS at their convenience. We believe that this improves communications and transparency with our customers and clients.

Instructions for Existing Renters
To create a new account go to the website of the property you are interested in
- Click on Make a Payment
- Click on Create New Account.
- Enter your account number, provided to you by your Community Manager.
- Enter your email address, must match that you provided to your Community Manager.
- Create a username and password and click continue.
Once logged into Resident Web Access, click the tabs at the top of the page to:
- View your open charges
- Make a payment
- Change your password and update personal information
Please note when you set-up the online account, you will be agreeing to a convenience fee. The convenience fee varies depending on your choice of payment type, ACH or Credit Card.
