It is completely self-contained with a powerful property management database, integrated accounting, operations, marketing solutions and much more. The software is exceptionally customizable and ideal for portfolios of any size.
CIMS can provide each owner with access to this customizable Owner Portal to view important property and investment related information in a convenient and secure location. We believe that this improves communications and transparency and provides our Owners with the peace of mind of know how their properties are being managed. Some of the information available to Owners on a 24/7 basis includes occupancy, delinquency, payables, balance sheet and P/L statements*, deposits, cash-flow reports etc.
*Note: All accounting reports are certified to Owners on a monthly basis.
