As successful Real Estate Contractors, Developers, Builders, Owners, and Investors, we did not initially plan to become a professional third-party property management company.  But that’s exactly what we have done. Because we are real-estate owners ourselves, we fully understand the importance and value of property management services. However, we also realize that each asset is unique and requires a management plan based on the owner’s goals and suited specifically to the opportunities and challenges of each individual property.

We leveraged the knowledge and capacity we developed through this owner-driven management process and brought these services in-house to manage our own portfolio of residential and commercial properties.  Fast forward to today, CIMS’ management portfolio has expanded well beyond our own portfolio to include nearly fifteen hundred third-party owner units throughout Ohio. This portfolio operates in excess of 97% occupancy and collections rate and continues to grow at 5-10% annually.
